Jamilah St. Cyr-Alexander
Founder & Principal
Jamilah St. Cyr-Alexander founded Apex Business Development Group to bring together management consulting, business advisory, and workforce development capabilities within a practical, execution-focused firm.
Her background spans public-sector operations, military leadership, workforce and organizational development, training, financial and administrative management, and government procurement. This multidisciplinary experience informs Apex’s approach to helping organizations strengthen performance, develop capable teams, navigate complex requirements, and execute effectively.
As a senior military leader and public-sector professional, Jamilah brings experience leading personnel, coordinating operations, developing and delivering training, and working within structured, compliance-driven environments.
She holds a Master of Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
